Clean Construction or Demolition Debris (CCDD) Requirements

35 Ill. Adm. Code 1100 states that owners and operators of CCDD and uncontaminated soil fill options obtain for all soil, including soil mixed with CCDD: a certification from the source site owner or source site operator: that the site is not a potentially impacted property and is presumed to be uncontaminated soil, and soil pH is within the range of 6.25 to 9.0 or a certification from a Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG): that the soil is uncontaminated soil, and the soil pH is within the range of 6.25 to 9.0.
















Form LPC-662 (pH analysis for source site certification by owner)

This form is used by site owners and operators for soil removed from a property that is not a potentially impacted property.  The soil pH must be in the range of 6.25 to 9.0. The cost for soil pH per sample is $24 for routine 5 business day turnaround time. A $36 charge will apply to a 3 business day request, and a $48 charge will apply to an end of next business day request.

First Environmental will provide an Excel table that compares your sample results against the CCDD maximum allowable concentration (MAC) values.


We can provide the necessary testing as directed by PE, PG, or representative of the owner or operator of the site of orgin for completion of form 663.


Sample analysis will be completed within our routine turnaround time of 5-7 working days. Expedited turnaround is available and should be coordinated in advance to ensure capacity. Pricing is available on request.
